2011 - 2016 6.6L Duramax LML LGH
The 6.6L Duramax LML ended up topping more than 600,000, by far the most built of any of the Duramax engines to this point. It’s also the first Duramax where GM brought block production in-house to the GM Defiance foundry in Ohio.
The 6.6L Duramax LML not only meets the stringent Tier 2 anti-pollution standards, it also boasts an 11-percent increase in fuel economy, and 397 hp and 765 lb-ft of torque—more than 32 hp and 105 lb-ft more than its LMM predecessor.
