All returns must have an RGA#, YOU MUST CALL TO GET THIS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- No refund or warranty will be given if unit is not returned to Turbo World.
- All returns will be credited back to customer less shipping charges & a 20% restocking fee.
- There are NO REFUNDS on performance parts (Injectors, pumps, etc.). EXCHANGE ONLY
Injectors returned for warranty can be exchanged for New Alliant Power (Powerstrokes) or Bosch Remanufactured (Duramax or Dodge) at an upcharge to the customer.
- No returns on electrical parts. NO EXCEPTIONS
- No returns on turbocharger or turbocharger parts that have been installed.
- NO REFUNDS ON PARTS PURCHASED IN KITS.
Return shipping paid by BUYER.
- All returns must be received within 30 days.
- All returns must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and be in the original box and/or packaging.
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
- Any shipments that have been refused and returned back to us will have an automatic 20% restocking fee.
- All orders that had free outgoing shipping , the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
